Itsimple AI ("we", "us", "our") provides managed AI assistant services. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our services or visit our website.

2. What we collect

  • Contact information — name, email address and any details you share when reaching out to us.
  • Service configuration — settings, preferences and API keys you provide for setting up your AI assistant.
  • Website analytics — standard anonymised web analytics (page views, referrer, browser type).

3. How we use your data

  • To set up and maintain your AI assistant
  • To communicate with you about your service
  • To improve our services

4. Your AI assistant & your data

Each client's AI assistant runs on a dedicated Virtual Private Server (VPS). Your conversations, memory and data stay on your server. We do not access, read or share the content of your AI conversations unless explicitly asked by you for troubleshooting purposes.

API calls to third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) are made using your own API key. The data sent to those providers is governed by their respective privacy policies.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share information with:

  • Google Cloud Platform — for hosting your VPS
  • AI model providers — as configured by you (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

6. Data retention

We retain your contact and configuration data for as long as your service is active. Upon cancellation, your VPS and all data on it are deleted within 30 days unless you request otherwise.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including SSH key authentication, firewall rules and encrypted connections to protect your server and data.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at smeshkow@gmail.com.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
